If you are looking to get FIT then you are in the right place, here at the Lords we offer a number of classes that will help you get fitter. In the classes we focus on boxing fitness and technique, bodyweight training, weight training and circuit training. These classes are for all levels of athletes. If classes are not for you, then you can opt for personal training or you may come to the gym train in your own time. We offer a unique workout every day to help you out.
Here at the Lords we run approximately 25 classes a week. The classes are an hour long and are usually at 07:00, 10:00, 18:00, and 19:00. If you are interested in joining a class you can just show up and join. The classes we offer are: Boxing, CrossTraining and Total Body Pilates!

When purchasing a full membership you can join any class without the need of booking a place.
When purchasing a solo membership you can use the gym at any time without joining any classes.
Personal sessions are one-on-one sessions with a personal trainer. The trainer will help you reach your personal fitness goal.
1. Rules Of Conduct
I/We understand and agree to the following rules while using the Lord’s Gym:
This class will test your fitness with a variety of weighted and bodyweight exercises.
This class will teach you how to box whilst burning calories.
This class will fire up your core and test your stability.
Fully equipped gym to come and train alone whether you want to box, lift weights or get fitter.
Join our sessions to help conquer the grid. We also take team bookings to help you conquer the grid as a team.
If your goal is to get fitter, learn how to box or lift weights without joining a class then personal training is for you.
