CrossTraining is a full body workout that tests your fitness in many ways. The sessions always vary and consist of weighted and body weight exercises.
If your goal is to improve your physical appearance, gain muscle and get fitter then this class is for you whether you are a beginner or advanced athlete.
This class uses a combination of dumbbells, kettlebells, olympic bars and body weight exercises in a circuit like format.
Schedule Monday / Wednesday / Friday 07.00 - 08.00 & 18.00 - 19.00 Tuesday / Thursday 07.00 - 08.00 & 10.00 - 11.00 & 19.00 - 20.00
